Quotes · Quantity

Can I place a small order or outsource only some processes?

Yes, we consult on small-batch orders and outsourced work. Just tell us which processes you need among labeling, printing and packing. Workable quantities depend on container shape, process and preparation conditions, and we confirm them for you.

Do you have published prices?

Screen printing starts from KRW 60 per unit and label application from KRW 40 per unit. Prices vary with container, printing and label specs and quantity; MOQ and VAT are confirmed during consultation. For other processes, we quote after reviewing the specs.

What should I check to lower the unit price?

Quantity, number of print colors, work area and the scope of inspection and packing have the biggest impact on cost. Tell us your budget and must-have requirements, and we will review with you whether any unnecessary steps can be cut. Unit prices are given after we confirm the actual specs.

What do I need to send to get a quote?

Four things are enough: product photos, estimated quantity, the work you need and your desired schedule. Even if you send only what you have ready, our staff will go through the remaining items one by one. The inquiry form accepts up to 5 photo, drawing or artwork files, 3MB in total.

When will I know the quote and lead time?

After reviewing the materials you send, we let you know any additional specs we need, whether a sample is required and the work schedule. Lead time is agreed after we confirm volume and process conditions.

I haven't decided on a container or drawings yet.

That's fine. Start by sending photos of the product you have in mind or a short description. You don't need to fill in every spec from the start; our staff will go through the items needed for a quote one by one.

Choosing processes

Can I outsource everything from containers to packing to one company?

Yes. From container spec consultation to coating, printing, labeling, label printing and contract packing, everything continues in one place. Less transport and re-inspection between processes keeps scheduling simple. During consultation, we make clear which work we do in-house and which is done by partner processes.

Can one company handle both screen printing on containers and label application?

Yes. TSCOSPACK does both screen printing and label application for cosmetic containers at our factory in Anseong, Gyeonggi-do. A common combination is printing the logo on the container and applying labeling information such as full ingredients as a label. Published prices, based on high-volume standard specs, start from KRW 60 per unit for screen printing and from KRW 40 per unit for label application; MOQ and VAT are confirmed during consultation.

Which is better: label application or direct printing on the container?

It depends on the design, quantity and how often products change. Screen printing suits simple, logo-based designs used for a long time; labels are better when there are many colors or when products and text change often. Published prices start from KRW 60 per unit for screen printing and from KRW 40 per unit for label application.

Can I see a sample before production?

Depending on the specs, we check print quality, label position and finish on a sample before production. Whether to make a sample and the schedule are confirmed after we review your materials.

Containers

Where can I buy cosmetic glass bottles?

The fastest way is to send a cosmetic container supplier the bottle type, volume and quantity and get a quote. TSCOSPACK supplies 25 types of glass bottles from 5 to 100ml, including amber, clear and frosted dropper bottles, serum and lotion pump bottles, mist and roll-on bottles, jars, ampoules and sample vials, and carries on with printing, labeling and packing on the bottles you choose.

Can I buy cosmetic glass bottles in small quantities?

Yes, we consult on small-quantity purchases too. MOQ and schedule vary by bottle type and spec, so send us the bottle type, volume and quantity and we will let you know the possible quantity and a quote. We also look into supplying specs that are not on our list.

Do you have 30ml amber glass dropper bottles?

Yes. We supply amber glass dropper bottles in the 5–100ml range, and 30ml falls within it. Matte (frosted) amber as well as clear and white dropper bottles are also available.

Why are amber glass bottles so common for serums?

Amber glass lets less light through, which makes it well suited to serums and oils with light-sensitive ingredients. If you want to show the color of the formula, we look at clear glass; if you want light protection in a different color, we also consider an opaque coating.

Can you also do logo printing or labels on glass bottles?

Yes. We carry on with screen printing (from KRW 60 per unit), heat transfer, coating and label application on the glass bottles you choose. MOQ and VAT are confirmed during consultation.

Should I choose glass bottles or plastic containers?

Choose based on your product concept and where it will be used. Glass bottles are common when a premium impression matters, as with serums, ampoules and oils; plastic bottles are common for products that need to be light and shatterproof or are used in the bathroom. Tell us about the formula and we will also check material compatibility.

Can you advise on plastic (injection-molded) containers too?

Yes. We consult on container specs such as bottles and caps, including plastic containers, as well as printing and labeling. Send us the shape and use you have in mind and we will confirm what we can offer and the supply terms.

Labels · Printing

I don't have labels. Can you make them too?

Yes. We decide the label material, size, printing and finishing, produce roll or sheet labels, and carry on with application. Because the label specs are set from the start to fit the containers and equipment, there is less need to remake labels.

How do you decide between automatic and manual labeling?

It depends on container shape and quantity. Automatic suits uniform shapes such as round bottles in large quantities; manual suits irregular or small containers and small or test runs. We align position and orientation on a sample first, then finalize the method.

How do you prevent bubbles and dust under labels?

Before application, we remove static with an ionizer to reduce dust and debris sticking, and set the position and seam standards on a sample first. After application, we check against the criteria agreed before work.

What file formats should I send?

We accept AI, PDF, JPG, PNG, WEBP and ZIP files. For print and label artwork, AI or PDF with text converted to outlines works best, but you can start a consultation with just photos.

How do you match coating colors?

We match to a Pantone number or a physical sample. Because on-screen colors can differ from colors on the actual container, we confirm color and gloss with a small test run before production.

Is there a minimum quantity for labeling?

We don't set one fixed minimum; depending on container shape and label condition, we consult on small quantities too. Small quantities may raise the unit price because of setup costs, so please include your quantity when you inquire.

If I send labels and containers, will you just apply them?

Yes. Send us the labels and containers and we will do the application only. For automatic labeling, the roll specs must match our equipment, so we first check the core diameter, outer roll diameter and winding direction; if they don't match, we recommend manual application.

Do you apply Korean-language labels to imported cosmetics?

Yes. TSCOSPACK consults on relabeling: adding Korean-language labels or corrected labeling-information labels to finished products. If you have labels, we just apply them; if not, we start with label printing. We align the placement on a sample before production. Final review of the label text should be done by the Responsible Cosmetics Distributor against the original MFDS (Ministry of Food and Drug Safety) standards.

How long does labeling take?

It depends on quantity, container shape and when materials arrive. We start production after aligning the placement on a sample. Tell us your desired dispatch date and we will check the schedule first.

Can I see a label sample first?

After deciding the material and finishing, we make a sample first so it can be tried on the actual container. We check color, position and lifting, then start production. Sample costs depend on specs and are explained during consultation.

Why do clear labels need white printing?

If colors are printed directly on clear material, the formula's color shows through and text looks faint. For areas that need to stand out, we lay down white under the color first. Please mark the white areas separately at the artwork stage.

Inspection · Packing

Can I outsource only inspection or only packing?

Yes. We also consult on outsourced inspection-only or packing-only work. Tell us the scope and inspection criteria you want, and we will confirm the work scope and packing format at the quote stage.

How are defect criteria set?

Before work, we agree with you on the line between good and defective units using reference samples or photos, then inspect to that standard. Criteria are finalized at the quote stage, depending on the product and work scope.

Can I outsource only carton assembly or set packing?

Yes. Send us finished products and materials such as folding cartons, set boxes and instructions, and you can hand over just the tasks you need, like carton assembly, product insertion or set packing. We also consult on label application or inspection on its own.

Can you handle small-batch packing?

Yes. We also consult on small-batch work and outsourcing of partial processes. MOQ and schedule vary by task, so send us product photos and quantities and we will advise at the quote stage.

Where is the packing done? Can I order from far away?

We work at our factory in Anseong, Gyeonggi-do. Orders are welcome from the Seoul metropolitan area, including Seoul, Incheon, Bucheon and Gimpo, and from anywhere else in Korea. We receive products and packaging materials by parcel delivery or freight, do the work and then dispatch. Receiving and dispatch methods and the schedule are decided together during consultation.

Can you do the packing even if I don't have folding cartons or set boxes?

Yes. We make folding cartons and set boxes starting from structural design, printing and finishing, and carry on through assembly, product insertion, set packing and master carton packing.
